I have just signed up with the "Flash Site Design" forum at http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/
It is actually a newsgroup but people/companies submit there designs for evaluation/help etc. It is well worth a look, so far I like what I have seen!

Check out this site www.2advanced.com and check out thier portfolio. Very nice sites and intro's in that. Oakley's intro is one of them. My fav site. Very business oriented with nice graphics IMO
