anyone looking for a decent C++ compiler, who is a beginner, here is a good one. is has its own environment, and has a built in compiler. the help section can also be used as a tutorial, if you are a bit into the language. it is free now because it is a borland "museum" piece

Hi crazycoder,

Don't bother uploading. People can download it from here.

http://www.borland.com/bcppbuilder/freecompiler/

never used it myself, but I do know it was considered a humdinger, especially by game programmers, before M$ C went visual

vinny

it was better than those new ones - it was colour coded and had its own environment... like turbo c++ 2.01 but better
