On Line Tests

Not too sure if this is in the right forum but Ill ask it here neways. I am developing a relationship site that will hopefully have some on-line surveys/tests. I was wondering if there is a program/script out there that is easy to use for developing tests for websites. I would like the user to see a result at the end of the test (i.e. 21% of people responded like you) and have the results emailed out to him/her afterwards with a little message from the website. Any suggestions? Thanx

If you have access to your CGI-BIN here is the URL of a site with several scripts for surveys/voting http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Survey_and_Voting/
If you don't have CGI-BIN access there are several company that offer surveys as a free service.
Can't think of any other than http://freepolls.com/ right off the top of my head. I am sure someone will post more..
