For continued disscussion on this topic : problem with install Silent 05-19-2004, 03:40 PM When I installed mysql on linux with the rpm something wen't wrong or I just missed something. But whenever I try to login into the mysql database as root it says permission denied now I thought that the password was suppose to be blank but for some reason it doesn't seem to be. Is their something I'm missing?
